International Festival
Look into the "Windows of the World" as Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville celebrates the beauty, flavors, music, fares and goods of various cultures. The elaborate colorful decor of reds, yellows, greens, and browns sets the mood for a colorful day filled with food, music, art, and a variety of culture exhibits. Kid's activities include hands-on crafts and games.

Railroad Rendezvous SpringFest
Step back into time for a day of trains and enjoy some historic entertainment with a modern touch. "Dobros at the Depot" a statewide acoustical instrument competition for amateurs, and a bluegrass band contest bring flavor to the event. Children can spend the day rock climbing, bungee jumping, riding in an authentic covered wagon or horse-drawn buggy and more.

Highway 127 Corridor Outdoor Sale
One of the largest yard sales in the world, hundreds of thousands of folks participate for this fun filled event, spanning 450 miles and four states. It's impossible to keep track of how many shoppers and vendors participate, but its grown to be the biggest and best event of its kind in the world. You'll find homeowners selling stuff they've accumulated throughout the years as well as professional dealers and vendors.
Its almost impossible for shoppers to cover the entire route in four days, so be prepared to pick up where you leave off next year! You're going to discover some neat places, interesting people, and quaint stops that you'll probably want to visit again and again. So pack your camera, sunglasses, a good pair of walking shoes, and plenty of cash.
